The day unfolds naturally. Skippers brief the crew, roles are assigned, and the boat gets moving. Some people take the helm straight away. Others find their footing on the sails. By mid-morning, a team that arrived as colleagues is starting to function as a crew — communicating, adapting, and figuring out how to get the best out of the boat together.
At midday the boats come back in. Lunch is informal — sandwiches, fresh air, and the kind of conversation that only happens after a morning like that. Then the afternoon takes shape based on what the morning taught everyone.
At the end of the day, every team member receives a personalised memory video — drone footage, on-board moments, edited and ready to share. Custom team t-shirts are available as an add-on. Bragging rights included.
